I am a licensed counselor in Maryland and Virginia and work with adults in individual psychotherapy using IFS techniques. IFS is highly effective in treating many common concerns that people bring to therapy: trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship and communications challenges. In addition, it is a powerful tool for self-exploration.
My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. I am out-of-network with all insurance. I will give you a receipt with the information you need to submit to your health insurance for possible partial reimbursement, if you have out-of-network benefits. Please contact your health insurance company to verify your benefits.
