I offer consulting services for psychotherapists and other practitioners who are interested in learning more about their own system of parts and about applying IFS techniques with their clients. Most of my clinical experience is with adults presenting with trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship/work issues. My fee is $150 for a 50-minute session. In addition to learning more about IFS techniques, important goals of consultation include:
- Working with your therapist parts
- Working with your parts that react to clients
- Working with client’s parts that react to you as a therapist
Time working with me can be applied toward IFS certification. If certification is your goal, it is your responsibility to work with IFSI to determine your eligibility for certification: https://ifs-institute.com/trainings/ifs-certification/ifs-certification-policy. To begin the process, therapists must have a masters degree in a human services/mental health field, be licensed/certified in your country of residence and have completed Level 1 training, to begin the process. Practitioners must be registered or certified in their own field of practice.
